Shipping policy

Processing Time
All art prints are carefully prepared and packaged before shipment. Orders are processed within 3–5 business days WITH an additional 1 - 2 business days time to print pieces. Also, processing time does not include shipping transit time.

Shipping Carrier
We ship all orders via USPS (United States Postal Service).

Shipping Methods
Available shipping options may include:

  • USPS First-Class Mail

  • USPS Priority Mail

The shipping method available at checkout depends on package size, weight, and destination.

Packaging
Art prints are securely packaged in protective mailing tubes or flat mailers to prevent bending, creasing, or damage during transit.

Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the selected shipping method, package size, weight, and delivery address.

Estimated Delivery Times

  • USPS First-Class Mail: 3–5 business days

  • USPS Priority Mail: 1–3 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to USPS delays, holidays, or weather conditions.

Tracking
Once your order ships, a tracking number will be provided via email.

Damaged or Lost Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of the packaging and artwork so we can assist you. We are not responsible for delays or damage caused by USPS once the package is in transit, but we will do our best to help resolve the issue.

Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for packages sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
